We provide a wide range of support staff to the health and social care industry.

We recruit Support Workers to help support individual with activities of daily living and encourage them to live a fulfilled life in the Residential Settings. All our employees undergo our thorough recruitment process which includes:

  • Detailed Application form
  • DBS checks
  • Certificates of training
  • Declaration of physical and mental fitness
  • Eligibility/Right to work
  • Confirmation of claimed qualifications
  • Numeracy and Literacy

All our staff have a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
